The auto approve list defines who can join your event’s guest list without applying. Anyone not on the auto approve list will need to be approved by a host to attend.

You can toggle which criteria you want to allow:

• People in the same city as the hosts
• People who are followed by the hosts
• People with a Warpcast Power Badge
• People who hold one or more NFTs

Anyone not on the auto approve list will see a “join waitlist” button on the event page and will need to wait for approval by a host to attend.

If an event fills up, anyone who tries to RSVP (allowlist or not) will join the waitlist. At any time, hosts can accept approve people off the waitlist.
